I sense a beatdown tonight. Washington was handed first place by the ineptitude of the Giants and the entire division, and they frankly have played better football this year than us (who hasn't).

I think our offense will be atrocious and at best put up 13 points. I expect Desean to get his and the Wash running game to pound us.

Another national embarrassment for us - at least the camera will be on Garrett not Romo.

I predict the Cowboys will be down 2 TD's in the 4th quarter and Garrett will choose to kick a FG on 4th and 2, rather than go for it.

I'm still sick about that one. Bad enough we keep losing but the HC still thinks this is 2014 and he is doing everything by that book.

This is the feeling I have as well, I don't think this game is close tonight. I know all of the Washington games are usually close but I have a feeling that tonight will not be one of those games.

Garrett......doing less with more since November 2010!

I predict zero offensive game plan, no halftime adjustments, horrible ST and a defense that plays well but gets completely gassed by these 3 things.

I'm not sure why people keep pretending last season didn't happen. This was a pretty good team last year. Not a great team by any means, but pretty good.

I fear their running game with Matt Jones more than I do Cousins and Jackson, though they will have their moments too. We leave too many wide open receivers still, as well as not stopping the run in key situations.

Once again, key is, can we pick up the blitz and burn them on it. I will believe it when I see it.
However be a rival game one never knows what will happen. But that goes both ways for both teams.

If we win, we are one game out of first place, and if all falls right next week, there is a 4 way tie for first.

If we lose we are tied with 2 teams for the 2nd overall pick.
If we win, besides being one game out of first, we will be tied with 6 other teams to pick from 4th to 10th

Good year for a mediocre team. Everything fell right for them last year. Injuries, turnovers, schedules, timing, etc etc...If they dont get "All" of those breaks, they are an 8-8 team. If they get bad breaks, like an injury to Romo , they are lucky to win 5....

I put us in the, second to bottom Tier, of franchises....

Lions, Bears, Chargers, Cheifs, Vikings, Bucs, were not the Browns or Jags, but we arent much better then that.

Last year was a fluke. I think that is crystal clear now. But becuase of a few injuries, people think that 2014 team is the norm. It is not. Dez and Romo were on the field for the first Giants game; They were also on the field during the Carolina game.

Excuse, after excuse after excuse. So sick of excuses for losing..... From Jerry all the way down to the averagre fan.

We are a LOSING FRANCHISE. We need everything to fall in place and get some lucky breaks to make the freaking playoffs....just a simple playoff beerth in a dvisiion that hasnt been all that great over the last some odd years..........

Hey, I "bought in" last year too.... I really thought this team was strong. That the OL could take over games when it needed too.....well, it cant. This team isnt that strong; And just wait until we take god knows how many seasons it will take, to find a decent QB.............that will be fun.

They shouldve went all in last year . and this upcoming year. They decided to go cheap. and change up the entire dyanmic of the Offense

Brilliant move! Bravo, Bravo!!!!

Just saw the headlines in NY and the are ready to fire Coughlin for the mistake of going for it late in the game. He has also lost 3 in a row.

Yet we're comfy with what we have because it was bad luck.

Also, wait for this one 'Sean Payton returns to the Big Apple where he started his career!!'

My first thought is beat down. But I don't want to go there.

The skins have played decent ball but we haven't really been so bad in a game that we were out of it. Except Pats.

Their running game and our inability to stop it. Especially when it's same play over and over concerns me. We don't adjust or tackle well.

Major concern #2. The blitz specifically by the Commanders. I don't know what it is... But... Even with Romo we never made them pay. MAJOR concern.

Sooner or later your pride as a man has to kick in. Go kick some butt, 'Boys!

This!

People are watching. Don't get embarrassed. Don't be embarrassing.

/end of line.

... and they had a good off-season too. Everybody's agendas leap to the forefront when things go bad.

1. without your QB
2. You can out coach your opposing coach
3. Other guys are starters and get paid. Do your job.

More than trying to win division or get into playoffs.

Where are your brass marbles?

No.
More.
Paper.
Mache.

Please.

I don't care for the argument that our season understandably has cratered because a few key guys got hurt. I would like to think that the rest of the squad and the coaches are sufficiently professional to not buy into that either. What better time to show up an finish a game than tonite against the Skins. I remember Theismann taunting Cliff Harris in the end zone, Manley running his mouth about getting to Danny White again and again, etc., etc.. They must pay!

Last year, washington with a backup QB came to Dallas to face a high flying Cowboys team and beat them ..
Not that the skins are high flying .. but the whole world is picking them .. Can the Boys turn the table and return the favor?

I predict lots of running on 1st down, 2-1 formation. Zone read right.

2nd down, 1-1 formation, zone read left with Witten motioning left late at the snap.

3rd down, S-02 formation, 5 deep curl routes.

Punt.

Kirk Cousins is still Kirk Cousins. He will make a few mistakes when the Cowboys get pressure. Cowboys defense gets four sacks and forces two interceptions and it's just enough to carry the offense. I think the Cowboys will win a close one.

17-14 Cowboys.
