If her behavior in the video is typical, I doubt that she is a sociopath. It is not so severe that she needs to be confined in a 'padded cell', but she should not be arrested either. I would suggest that she harbors an
antisocial personality disorder and requires immediate psychological treatment.
She states during the interview that her son was a witness to the events she describes. The reporter's story would have been much better if he could have gotten an official comment or no comment from him as well.
