I'm glad BP finally gave TNew a chance at punt returns. He is so quick and agile back there, he is a threat at any moment. Price has been disappointing, and I'm not so sure Crayton will be back at PR when he 1st gets back. Don't leave TNew back there all the time, but give him a shot once a game or so.
It's only 1 game, but Cundiff looks to be a big improvement on kickoffs and FG's already. Keep it up Billy. I feel more comfortable either way. Didn't want to make a playoff run with a green kicker attempting game winning kicks.
Bledsoe seems to be a little off, hopefully he is just a little dinged up and will bounce back. Our offense in general just seems to be lacking any rhythm, but that is understanable with the injuries we have suffered at RB and along the OL.
Defense is playing well, but the Lions bailed us out quite a bit with all of the penalties they got on both sides of the ball. I can't remember a team being called for offsides SO many times in one game.
We need better play from our LB'ing crew and Davis. We are missing some tackles that we shouldn't be and I'm not sold on Davis at all. I had really hoped he would fill our need at FS, but I think we need an upgrade there with a ballhawking FS, allowing RW to do his thing more, destroy people inside the box.
