I thought I'd read #94 had been reinstated to fully return to the organization but with some kind of B.S. guidelines or stipulations him & the 'franchise' will have to briefly adhere to,,at least that's what I'd taken away from the news blurt I'd read.

He has been conditionally reinstated. As long as he does “X, Y, and Z” he will be good to go. If he doesn’t do what is required he won’t be able to practice or play. The first step is to set is for the league to verify his ongoing treatment in Dallas is set up. The conditional reinstatement is really BS just there to easily keep Gregory banished if he is a moron and can’t follow the simple final steps to fully be reinstated.

That's assuming, of course, that Tapper is still around for the 2018 season.
