Justin Kitchens is 6-4, 284 pounds, benches about 440 pounds and not an ounce of fat on him. He's a premiere athlete. Nick Mondek is 6-5, 300 pounds, bench presses about 500 pounds. I think he clocked a 5 flat (in the 40-yard dash) this summer.

“Dennis Kelly has been a four-year starter. He's a NFL-caliber prospect. Peters did a heck of a job for us last year at center. That's one of the hardest positions to play. He can play any of the positions on the offensive line. I've only been around a couple of guys in my 30 years of coaching who can play all positions at this level. Rick Schmeig is right for the center position. He's strong, tough and has a knack for it.”
