The curse never ends.

It's like a nightmare you keep waking up into.

It's bad when you long for being beat by a miraculous Swan catch in the Super Bowl
or jumping out of your skin after the Jackie Smith play in the end zone.

Because win or lose, at least you had a chance.

A lot of people got out of control, so they had some administrator try to reign it in, very unsuccessfully. People were straight up laughing at her and arguing with her. That was part of the downfall, but there was also something about the league forcing them to shut it down. I don't remember the details, but I'm sure someone here does.
