We'll see what happens next season if we get new coaching staff. I've lost hope this season. Looking at teams like the 49ers and Ravens make you realize that THOSE are real competitive superbowl teams. We just aren't there yet because of our coaching. I have faith in our players, but the coaching has severely handcuffed this team. We'll see...

The team has hit a wall with the current organizational structure. I am not sure a new HC is going to dramatically improve things. Wouldn't be surprised to hear that players can go directly to Jerry for relief.

Thing is this team needs new coaches just about everywhere. Will Jerry allow a new HC choose his own staff. If they keep any current coaches let the new HC decide.

I am ok with keeping Kitna, and not so sure about Moore, but won't complain if they do, if he is given the freedom to do what he needs to do. And not be handcuffed in any fashion.

And go not promote any coaches from within such as Richard to HC. Not even sure I want him as a DC. Maybe he is strapped on his real ideas by Marinelli's system.
But I am not impressed with him this season.

We definitely have talent. Not as much as some want to believe but certainly enough to be better than 6-5 at this point.

I've given up on this coaching staff "putting it all together" at this point. They seem to know one way to do things and when that doesn't work, or if the slightest bit of adversity comes their way, it falls apart.
