Are you done crying now? Can we talk about football again?

When people claim that there is a "QB controversy on this team with Colt McCoy," that's pretty much impossible.

I do love the comedy routines--people talking so far out of their ***--you have to wonder if even they believe it. I really like the RGIII Logo thread--you know the ones where certain posters are celebrating an injury? Classy!

I also can't get enough of the comparisons to Mike Vick. That one never gets old in its complete and total ignorance.

Poor skins fans. They're reduced to this.

Not much different than Zoners who bash Jerry and Red _ for everything thats wrong in the world.

Zoners - Bash Owner, HC, and QB.

Skins Fans - Bash Owner, HC, and still in honeymoon phase w/ RG3-10. Another year or two and he'll be a whipping boy too.

Correct! RG3-10 has a long way to go before he accomplishes as much as the Dog Killer & Coach Killer. So far RGKnee has only gotten one HC fired.

I really don't get the coach killer label. Shanahan had 4 years out of a 5 year contract. We had losing records in 3 of those 4. IF the Skins had won a respectable number of games, Shanahan would have gotten his last year, but instead he let ego (which has always been his downfall) get the better of him. Special teams was horrendous, and we had a very bad defense. Neither of those two things were on Griffin.

Yea, poor RG3-10 couldnt overcome his piss poor team and coaches.

You Skins fans are as almost as funny as Jay Carney.

I just said I don't get the coach killer label, and pointed to two aspects where the Skins dropped severely between 2012 and 2013 that had nothing to do with Griffin at all.

What exactly makes a qb a coach killer? I am asking because like I said, I don't get the label.

ok. so, after perusing that list, and the commentary in it, you care to share how Griffin in his second year got Shanahan fired, again you will need to conveniently ignore the abysmal special teams play who's decline had much more to do with the coach Shanahan brought in, then RG3 missing a tackle on a kickoff (oh yeah, he doesn't have a role on special teams) or how the defense regressed after coming into its own at the end of 2012 (again, pretty sure Griffin didn't play defense either)...

The QB had a bad, not abysmal, but bad year. The coach made a lot of bad choices outside of his dealings with Griffin, and a lot of them, I think, were made to give his son a resume (a failed attempt for sure) as opposed to what was best for the Skins.

You dont think RGME is a ME guy? Diva?

You dont think Danny Boy favors RG and did so over MS?

You honestly think RGME is a team guy?

Can't speak for Skinsfan28, but I do think Griffin is a team guy. He's all about the Commanders, and it shows in his phenomenal work ethic and drive to succeed and get better. If you think he's not 100% for the team, you must have been reading and believing the DC media troll articles by certain unnamed persons.

Really hate it that the media is giving RGIII grief. He seems to be a team guy too. Maybe firing Shanahan is what Robert G needed. Hopefully he can go back to being the player he was back, when he was a rookie in 2012.

your consistent mock of his initials kinda shows the inherent bias of your opinion, just as my moniker shows mine. That said, I can link numerous articles from the day he was drafted to winning the Ed Block Courage award (voted on by his teammates) to show that he is a team guy.

In one post earlier I did reference the fact that if DSnyder's decision was driven by his starstruck attitude, then he's still the biggest problem in the Skins organization, but then it would be more apropos to call Snyder the coach killer, not Griffin.

I think Griffin, who majored in marketing and was an Olympic level athlete, and star QB all his life has a level of self confidence and marketing, or ME ness, that is on the higher side of the scale, but I don't put it at the diva level. He is a young charismatic guy who has had opportunities to profit put before him. One example was his ESPN lead in to last year. Take this with a grain of salt, because I got it from a guy who works in and around ESPN, but I don't know his specific role, but he had said that ESPN had originally planned the special around Luck and Griffin, but Luck just didn't have the charisma to carry the show off, so the reinvented it around Griffin's rehab. Should he not take advantage. Certainly he didn't slack off in order to do the show. But I am certain that from your perspective it adds to the MEness of Griffin. I don't think it does any more than I think Tony Romo golfing in the offseason affects his preparation, but some posters on here would tell you Romo doesn't care. Ridiculous.

Why Commanders fans actually engage WPB is beyond me. The guy is a troll in the NFL Zone. Best to ignore him

For the record I think the "coach killer" label would actually fit if Shanny wasn't 11-21 prior to RG3, and didn't field one of the worst special teams in NFL history in 2013, which cost the Commanders a chance at winning 3 games, and easily could have led to a loss against the Raiders.

Didn't a couple of team mates and at least one coach get run over by the RGIII express bus already?

Ha Ha Ha.

Foreskin fans come to a Cowboys forum. Proclaim the praises of their Me First, one read, one year wonder QB. A fan of the team they are the most jealous of and want most to be like doesnt buy into their BS and because of that he is a troll on a forum for the team he roots for?

He is the Cowboys version of tr1 (remember him?)

Except tr1 would post Cowboys related articles that would generate some good discussion and debate. WPB adds nothing except guffaws from the groundlings here.
