Amazing I did this post a few hours and several of these guys either signed with us or another team

Just for the record, thanks for you diligence and trying to bring fresh views on site....but I haven't seen much analysis in secondary people? Have opinions there?

You can never have too many DBs in this passing league. Like JJ and Church but I'd like em more as backups. #Ramsey

Green is going to play interior OL?

Dont know at this point, just saying that this OL as a group has gotten deeper with the additions of Collins, Green, and Brown.
Though Bernadeau was the true backup to T Fred, with Collins beating out Bern at Guard, Bern became expendable.
A back up center will emerge, we have the depth to make adjustments.

Lance Zeirlein had this to say about Green in his pre draft analysis ....
Athletic, heady player with potential position versatility. His foot quickness and movement skill will appeal to zone-scheme teams but he must improve his strength and ability in pass protection to be considered a full time tackle. Could end up transitioning into a full-time center role.

Golden, think that Dallas targets a solid C/G fairly high in the draft?

I dont think Bernadeau leaving places more emphasis on the position.
Between Collins and Leary, if we are just looking at the roster as it is today, before the draft, I would imagine one of those two would be getting reps in camp at center, with possibly Green transitioning inside as well.
Im never opposed to taking best available talent when drafting, and if a nice C/G were available at some point, than by all means, but OL is probably our deepest positional group other than TE at this point.

Coples and RG3 have more upside than Jack Crawford and Matt Moore if cost is close. Is Matt that much better than Kellen? And we need to sign Eric Weddle, can't go into next season with a raw player like Jones & the mess that is Church and JJ.

Not sure why coples isn't a hot commodity. Guy can play. He was not a scheme fit in NY.

He is an excellent fit as a rush end in a 4-3. Perfect fit for us. Good value. Can put heat on qb with good bend around the edge and good snap get off.

Not sure why a 3-4 team drafted him he is a pure 4-3 5 tech

Can also slide inside on passing downs. Very effective when used as 3 tech at North Carolina. Butch regularly got double digit sack seasons out of him.
