I think both are good. I would take McCarthy. I would rather take either one of them at 2 or 3 than Williams at 1.

Listening to that video I find it puzzling that the traits you want most in a QB (can take the pressure of big games, rises to the level of his competition, and produces when it matters) are the #4 and #5 rated prospects
