Question about logging on

How come I always have to log on my screen name and password?
Yes I do have the box checked to remember me and it is not working for me.

Its a small price to pay to get into the site but it can be a bit annoying...

I never had this problem until recently...

Can anyone help?

I use firefox at home and it does the same thing. I have yet to find out why it happens.

How often do you have your system tools set up to run disk cleanups and disk defrags? Also does it clear history and cookies too? It could be that it is re-setting those as it cleans.

Computer is only about ten days old ..
I delete my cookies almost every day..

Would deleting cookies do it?
Everytime I get back on this site the box always remains checked to remember Password and such but pass word and screen name never there..

Yes it would. There's your answer. Try without deleting them and I bet it keeps you logged on.

With Firefox-- download the add-on "Cookie Culler" and after you log on here, go to the program, and select the appropriate cookie(s) and choose "protect cookie". You will be automatically logged each time you visit.

You're welcome. That program is great because you can select an option to never allow cookies once you delete them...so you don't have too keep removing the same ones.
