Question about Talkin Cowboys and Lunchbreak

Do they do the show's during the off-season, or only during the season?

They do Talking Cowboys during the offseason but not every day. They do it a couple times a month up till the draft then once a month till they get to some of the camps then they might do it a couple times a month again and then it goes back to once a month till training camp starts where they'll begin doing it daily again.

Lunch Break I'm not sure on cause I don't listen to their show.

What does a couple of times a month mean, like 5-10 or like 3 - 4

Both shows run during the offseason. If you follow them then they'll let you know when they're going to broadcast. I catch them by using iTunes. Then I don't miss them....though I do prefer The Lunch Break.

How often do they run

Usually once a week in the off season. It was either Thursdays or Tuesdays for Talking Cowboys with an occasional date change that they announce on the show ahead of time. I think the Lunch Break does the same.
