Question about that top-20 (or something) coaches list?

Did they ever complete it? I think I saw all but the top-5 and was wondering if the finished list had ever been published. Anyone have some insight to share?

Both Parcells and Belichick have an agreememt that doesn't lend their names to video games. Which would be a reason neither made the list since the list was for the EA coaching game.

They could at least make the "DAL coach" on Madden look like Parcells "DAL Coach" still looks like Dave Campo lol.
