I know one of the sceanrio's for us to make the playoffs is have the Giants and Bucs lose and have a better opponents winning % then the Bucs (or something like that)

Does this game help us at all if either team should win?

Do we have a list of those games posted somewhere?

no, AFC games don't affect NFC teams playoff chances.

Common opponents might come into play somewhere, but I don't think it matters this season with how things went.

Thats not true, but those come into play in strength of schedule and then common opponents scenario etc.

The Giants improved their strength of victory vs. Tampa Bay, due to the Denver win. Had the Chargers won, it would have been better for Dallas.

The whole point is moot if the Giants & Bucs win....

If the Giants and Bucs loose, then the following games will determine who goes to the playoffs from the NFC:

Denver @ San Diego (too late here, but this doesn't hurt)
Buffalo @ NY Jets
Miami @ New England
Chicago @ Minnesota
Arizona @ Indy
Detroit @ Pittsburgh
Houston @ San Fran
Seattle @ Green Bay
