I heard some one say that the Browns are switching 2 the 4-3 if this is true and we do hire Ryan will he bring Shaun Rogers with him. Rogers is 6"4 355LBS NT who would no longer fit in there defense??? This would be the hole plugging NT we need IMO and Ryan is familiar with him

Well draft Kenrick Ellis 6"5 340LBS or Phil Taylor 6"4 350LBS and don't forget that Josh Brent 6"2 315LBS who should gain some weight over the off-season

Yea, i realize many people don't pay much attention to the Browns, but Ryan is the guy who benched Rogers this season for a young, relatively unknown guy named Rubin who started at NT for them this season.

Rogers is lazy as hell and fell out of favor with Mangini and Ryan there.

Plus he had a felony gun charge and was disciplined by the league in 2010 as well. Not the kinda guy i see Garrett bringing in.

We can do better.

You mean draft a younger unproven out of shape fat guy? Seriously, at least we know that Rogers can flat out play. If healthy, he would be a beast AND a bargain (even as a part timer and INJURED, he still put up more sacks than Spears and Olshansky COMBINED) - PLUS he already knows Rob Ryan's system. Ryan is going to bring in some his players, why not some of his better ones.

Here's another thing to get excited about. Rob Ryan is going to actually build a starting defense that has the best players playing.

Last I checked, Ryan has no connection to Keith Brooking.
