Question for Austin residents only

I'm from VA...I'm in Austin at the Barton Creek Resort for a reading conference. They have cable in my room...

Does anyone in the Austin area know if the Cowboys/Packers game will be on a local channel? Or do I need to find a sports bar in the area?

It won't be on basic cable it will be on NFL Network. You can catch the game at Pluckers Wing Bar. That's where I'll be! Nice and close to you too.

It'll be fun, because everyone will be rooting for the same team. I sometimes go out in DFW and watch the games at a sports bar because it's cool when everyone in the place is all on the same page.

It's the people across the country, especially in GB territory, who can't watch the game at home that I feel bad for. (If it were me, I'd go buy a DTV box at Best Buy and install it myself tonight. )

This is where I'll be going to watch the game. There's also Third Base Sports Bar at 6th and Mopac.

I might end up going to the Pluckers by UT. I haven't gone since they moved to their new location.
