Question for Moore

Yep I said that.

Laugh all you want. But Romo was helping out with the game plans back then and the offense hasn't been nearly as efficient since he left. Plus Dak kept praising Sanchez for really helping him out and coaching him up. We went 13-3 in 2016 with a rookie starting at QB, so why break up a winning combo? Have we gone 13-3 since? Have we even resembled that 13-3 team here lately?

Opinions vary just like beliefs. And I believe we would have been better off if we'd kept those two guys.
Romo doesn’t want the heat this kitchen would produce. He’s just fine where he’s at. But he would be great. So smart

You know...I feel like Michael Corleone, every time that I try to leave this team alone, they'll pull me right back in with these false promises of winning and truly competing for championships.
Well unless they change whatever dumb environment they created in that building,I doubt we’ll see anything different. Maybe new HC can do much better,it’s just we’ve been here before. I feel like we’ve all been stuck in the Twilight Zone for a two decade episode.

Because Zeke already got paid. Now it's all about featuring Dak and his skill set so he get his payday .

What skill set? A backup lineman can QB a team to a loss. He had his chance last week to take us down the field and cement his place as our starter.

I feel the same...and if they do happen to 86 Garrett, I want his staff to hit the bricks with him. Just start completely over while these players are still able to be productive.

I don’t think anyone will come here and go with the JJ way. We are gonna have to figure it out with JG

You could blow it up,wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. Keep some key pieces and roll the dice again. I don’t know on Richards and Moore for certain how much they are at fault, cause Rod and Garrett compromise that, but yeah you could dump it all and just hire Urban etc,he brings in his guys and picks which players want to keep and so forth. Jerry though,is looking to keep team intact and having someone just win with what’s here is my feeling.

I can see this being the case.

And that's what backup QBs are supposed to do. Aikman said the same thing about Garrett numerous times during the SB years. Doesn't mean they should or could be coaches. Star players with the ability at public speaking aspire to work in broadcasting. Romo just so happens to have one of the most coveted jobs in that profession and is quickly becoming one of the best and most interesting ones currently. The belief that he's going to become a coach, with all the extra hours and stress that comes with it is rediculous. Hell, under your scenario Garret should be one of the greatest coaches in history. People were annoiting him the next great head coach when he was still a 3rd string backup in Dallas. Novel idea, interview several of the up and coming coordinators in the NFL. Make a decision on which one you think will be the best and hire them!

I want to know what happened to all of our presnap motion? It’s like Garrett is our OC again. 3 yd routes to Jason Witten on 3rd and long?

Zeke gutted them a few times, then they stiffened up when they realize we were going to keep running on first. They got a couple stuffs, Dak turned it over twice (to be fair, the fumble was caused by XSF getting absolutely raped by Ed Oliver), and then it was all downhill from there.

If we had kept hammering at the Bills front, I bet they would have cracked, but you don't have the luxury of running when you're down by 3 possessions.

But I read it here on the boards xsf is better than Williams.
