In the NFL with QB to receiver catching from.
What are the highest numbers of one QB throwing to one receiver?
I would think Romo and Witten would be way up the list.

Describe throwing to one receiver. Number of targets? Number of TDs? Number of yards?

Just number of receptions.
EX: Romo to Witten - 823 receptions.... Not the right number but as an example.

No. Not targets.
Quarterback throws ball to receiver. Receiver catches it.
NFL wide not just Cowboys. Although I am curious about the Romo to Witten number and where it would stand on the NFL all time list.

That cup of coffee Laurent Robinson had in Dallas was amazing.

Yep. Led the team in TDs, and ypc, with 11 and 15.9 ...and just about matched Dez in catches and yards. Of course, Dez is way better now than he was back then.

Anyay....Every year that Romo has started he has had a WR near the very top in the league in TD catches--Owens, Austin, Robinson, Dez...did not matter who it was. Dez and owens did it multiple years.

In the "In Split" these are Laurent Robinson's stats when playing with Tony Romo. The first number is the stats per game and the second number is if you prorated it over the course of a 16 game schedule The Out of Split represents every game he did not play with Tony Romo:

Peyton Manning to Marvin Harrison is the best ever at 953. 112 of which are TDs. I actually do not know however, where Tony to Jason stands as far as who might else be ahead of them.

Almost a 1000 receptions, 114 TDs and more than 13K yards. Wow! If Montana and Rice had played together (our Young and Rice) then they'd be number one in receptions. But they didn't.

Witten has 943 receptions and 10502 yds of which most have been from Tony. I'm still looking at the exact numbers. You can see how that compares to Young or Montana to Rice or Manning to Harrison.

Wouldn't surprise me if they were at or near the top by the end of their careers.

And in the playoffs Manning to Harrison did nothing. I think Manning to Reggie Wayne also ranks pretty high.

Here is a click bait article about QB-WR duos. I haven't looked at it yet.
