When Garrett challenged the no-fumble ruling in the 4th quarter, one of the referees approached him on the sidelines and looked like he was giving him the business for daring to challenge the call. Has anyone reported what was said during that exchange? I don't believe it was what it looked like.

My guess is the official was discussing what aspect of the play Garrett wanted to challenge. There may have been some discussion about whether the whistle blew and whether there was definite evidence of a recovery of the football.

In the end they obviously decided the call was challengeable and sent the play up to the booth for review.
