I wonder if they can use the hot hands for your feet. Don't listen to the directions though, tape it to the top of your socked foot. Warms it much better.

I have spent tons of time working in frigid temps. Those hot hands for your feet are lifesavers. They felt so good when I was out working during icemaggedon last year here in Dallas.

Carhartt makes some warm stuff. Maybe they should get into some sports wear for the league.

There is a product called toasty toes, made to keep the toes warm.

In the old days, Bud Grant of the Vikings, forbid his team from having heaters on the bench at old Metropolitan stadium. Both benches were on the same side of the field, and some of his players would sneak over to the opponents side to warm up on with the heaters.

I had a 2 day shoot in 18 degree weather some years back. In addition to my 6 layers of clothing, I taped those warmers to both arms and my chest (over the first layer) and it was instant cozy warmth. I survived and I'm super sensitive to cold weather. I can't STAND being cold. I LOATHE it. I left school at NYU b/c I couldn't hack it and never moved back to the NE.... but those warmers are aweeessommme.

Seems those wouldnt be good to cut or run in

Like I said, you use the adhesive on it to tape it to the top of your foot. It works better than they way they it show on the package. Plus, no slippage in the shoe.

Think about back in the 60's before all the gloves, and heaters, under armor stay dry stuff, etc. etc. 39 degree below zero and the dudes probably wore long johns they bought at the local sporting good store! Maybe they went all out and wore two pairs of socks that day!

When men were men........

Do the Cowboys bring their own heaters, heated benches, etc, etc or are they provided by the Packers or the NFL?

They are provided Whizzinators at the gate.

That's it.

20 degrees is cold but could be worse. Back when they played the Ice Bowl receiver gloves hadn't even been invented. Now there are lots of hi-tech thin clothing options to keep them warm and not weigh them down.
