Question On Rob Vs. Players

Obviously there's a problem.

Some think the scheme, for whatever reason, and want to get rid of Ryan.

Others and even those who blame Ryan are putting blame on the players. Safe to say it's pretty much an accepted idea that better players are needed.

So my question is, how can people call for Ryan's head right now when nearly everyone agrees that the players are generally horrid and need to be replaced?

I would give Rob another year.

The lack of speed on defense is astonishing really, particularly in the secondary.

We need more talent. It is that simple. Rob has proven he can build a quality defense in the past. He has fire. What he doesn't have is the talent necessary to build it.

One side note. I would certainly not be forlorn to see him leave for a HC position somewhere. There seems like there might be some DC talent out there on the market this year that we could replace him with, if necessary.

But, he is not the problem. Lack of talent is the problem. Just ask Wade.

I said it at the beginning of the year, this defense needs atleast five new starters, anyone disagree with that now..but with 25 million cap hit next year lready, I don't expect to see much of a change next year...just more Jerry Jones patch work and that's not going to get it done
