Question on roster spots

Have any decisions been made on who is taking Carroll and Paea’s roster spots? Hopefully a defensive lineman.

EE is listed as Reserve Commissioner but he has a roster spot AFAIK. My guess is Paea ia listed as retired.

But since he is on IR do they have to make a decision on him to activate or release. It is not like the NFI or PUP list. So even if he is cleared, he does not have to be activated?

Not sure how it all works, as I believe you can bring two guys back from IR a year now. My bet is he's healthy and that's who we will use to fill the spot.

Yes, you can bring back 2 players, and you do not need to designate who they are at the start of the year, or at the time they go on IR during the year.

He can't be activated until week 9.

It has Joey Ivie being added to the Practice Squad. He's been added to the Atlanta Falcons Practice Squad. I'm glad I got to clarify that up because I know fans were as excited as me that he had a chance of coming back. I seen visions of Nick Hayden who is missed by so many fans.
