The wildcard teams are 10-6. We would have been 9-7 and rooting for the Commanders today.wayne motley;3776843 said:NO....not even close.
The wild card teams had excellent records in the NFC this year, and we would not have challenged Philly for the division.
Our season was basically over fairly early.
New York would have still won the division at 10-6. If we had won out, and they lost today we would have won the NFC East based upon a 9-7 record and 4-2 division record.CanuckCowboysFan;3776877 said:If we won out, we would have beat Philly. Which would have put as both at 9-7 and tied for the division lead. What then?

Not likely. They were trying very hard in that game and were getting it handed to them.cowboyfan4life2;3776923 said:Odds are philly would have beaten min, if it was a game they had to have for a playoff spot.
Kind of like how they "crushed us" in the last matchup against our backup QB? Oh, no, they barely won that one? Ok.wayne motley;3776990 said:Not to mention they would have crushed us today if they'd played their starting OTs, WRs, and Vick.
