Question: What is Tony Romo's record in big games?

Beating the 9 and whatever Colts and the Giants at home is childsplay.

lol.....love the subjective criteria you set out.

I'm gonna say 6-0. :)

Well, the Carolina game was to recapture the season.

The Colts game was to prove that he and the team are legitimate contenders.

The New York game was to take the lead in the division.

The Atlanta game was to clinch a playoff spot.

He came up big in those big games. In several of our losses with Tony you could make the argument that he was the best player on the team.

Agree. I don't know since it was a while ago if we remember how significant this game really was. We are 3-3 just lost at home to a rival, go to Carolina who was 4-3 I believe, and won. This was, at the time no small task for a rookie QB to go on the road to a legit playoff contender and win.

If we lose that game, Carolina is the 5th seed and is playing in Seattle tommorow, and we are 8-8 and lose out to the Giants on tiebreakers.

Agreed. Some people on this forum act like we were playing, well, the Lions! Only joking of course. This was a HUGE game for us. We lose and we are 3-4 going to Washington.

True!

Carolina is not a good team. And was not a good team this year at any point.

The respect they get as legitimate contenders and such is amazing.

They lost to every team in the NFCE (yes including the Commanders), they cant run the ball and Delhomme is erratic.

They were 4-3 and were on a 4 straight winning streak before losing to the Bengals. We were 3-3 and struggling. We opened the game down by 14 points. Regardless of what happened from there on out, it was a big game for Tony (his first full NFL start) and he came up big in it.

Thanks in Advance:cool:

He's beat one team with a winning record, and that team is overrated and going to be bounced from the playoffs tomorrow anyhow when Larry Johnson runs all over them.

Munchis.....Out!
