whole life-----no. term life----meh. variable and universal---no. of course it could be semantics. I look at investing as something that earns me money I can spend now as opposed to having something to give to others when i'm dead. I spend about $20 yearly on lottery tickets. never won anything.
The greatest gift is leaving your loved ones security when you’re gone . And there are other investments people can make with their Lottery wasteful spending they can benefit from while they’re alive. Like the Stock Market which is like legal organized gambling . And it’s a fairly secure long term investment .

Lottery is a complete waste of time and money. If you have to gamble go to Casino. Almost every state has one now or within driving distance. They’ll even put you up in their hotel , provide some complimentary meals and or drinks and other discounts while your odds are much greater than 17-20 million to one for a return on your investment and have a much more enjoyable time.

Lottery is for losers. Just look who you’re in line behind. Lol

The OL coach is currently my biggest question in the remaining open positions.
maybe i'm wrong but I think McCarthy is gonna replace Columbo with one of his familiar guys.
Just thinking the blocking scheme is gonna be different and more the Packer way of trapping and positioning than the smash-maul way.

- I tend to think the reports are true that Cowboys want to retain and bring back Richard as possibly secondary coach- but its' more the matter if Richard wants to stays or agree to terms.

- I expect the LB coach role to be Jim Haslett- out of past familiarity with Nolan.

- TE coach ? There will be a different name coming - someone mentioned Ben McAdoo as a familiarity with McCarthy.
Witten ? I still have the vibe that he still thinks he can play on the field, and the desire of fire is still hot.

WR coach - I expect another eventual MM replacement. The Sandray Lai/Cooper-Cobb fiasco could already have spelled Sandray out as WR coach.

if Nolan doesn't want him, then why is there the much speculation that the Cowboys are interested in bringing Richard back ?
Now it could a matter of what kind of capacity role here Richard would be willing to accept as its assuming to be DB-secondary .. or if Richard is more interested in seeking a bigger, expanded role elsewhere
The only reason would be Jerry wants him.

NFL Network's Jane Slater now reporting Columbo future is in limbo, .. while WR coach Sandray Lai is not expected to be back.

she's also reporting that they have offered the RB job to someone else,.. but if should he refuse, the players want the popular RB coach Gary Brown back.

I would only say you want more from your OL coach than just coaching technique. In many cases, you count on the OL coach to be able to coordinate the run game and design the blocking and calls versus certain opponents, fronts, stunts. etc.

Columbo saved the 2018 season when Jerry matched the wrong OL coach to our personnel, but listened to Garrett and allowed him to fire the guy. However, the OL and run game has not been what it was under Callahan, who was the run game coordinator.

Jerry ? .....

Greg, why do you continue to be a fan? Your obsession with everything Booger would have me out the door years ago.
Coach . Being a fan to me isn’t a choice. I was born into it. I don’t recall life without the Cowboys. It’s the first memories I have in life as a very young kid attending and watching Cowboy , Baylor and football games with my father, family and friends.

it’s been a way of life. Planned my life around football season . The fact I hate how Jerry runs Cowboy Football impacts how I feel about the Cowboys current status but it doesn’t deter my fandom for the team and franchise. I see Jerry as a temporary obstacle .

I’d never walk away simply cause I hate the leader of my favorite franchise. Then I’d fall into that category of fickle fans category I’ve often called out as in casual or wagon.

I’m a Diehard thru and thru. It’s why I chose the name Diehardblues. A diehard with the blues over my Cowboys.

i responded a second time because I’m surprised you even asked after all the years but I imagine it’s because of me putting pressure on our new hire. Get used to it cause I’m placing the same pressure that was on our prior puppet.

I've made more on the stockmarket than any other venue besides selling my coltan mines. The lottery is just for fun.
