How long does a typical game last if you do not record the commercials and halftime? Will a 2 hour DVD-R do the job, or do you need a dual capacity disk to do the trick?

I'm assuming you can record to fill up the entire DVD if you don't use your entire space just like at the end of a vhs tape.

Sorry, new to this technology...thanks for your help.

A game will fit on a single layer DVD-R but the quality probably will not be that great. I usually put games on dual layer discs or 2 single layer discs.
