We seen the stats on comeback wins for QB's. 4th quarter, last 2 minutes. Romo leading since 2006.
So what counts as a comeback win. Obviously it's leading to a scoring drive. TD's count, we all know that. FG's count, but is there a separate stat for TD's and for FG's.
But here is the one that do they or do they not get credit for. Thursday night, Manning leads them to a score that ties it. There is probably a stat for that too.
But since the defense won it on the fumble recovery for a TD. Does Manning get credit for that. And if he does, should he?
If they just recoverd it on a fumble, but did not score, but kicked the FG right away, say as if 1 second left on the clock, would he get credit?
Kind of like in baseball, if the relief pitcher is credited with the win or a save.
