With the talk of Dallas cutting T.O. (the only production at wr besides Whitten). Who steps in on the current roster? Williams and Whitten can't do it alone. (cause i think the 9mil counts against this years cap) How do we sign the TJ whos ur mamma, chad johnson etc... Do u pay M Austin as an elite wr? What is our cap status ?

You spread the wealth. Roy Williams, Miles Austin, Patrick Crayton, Felix Jones, and Martellus Bennett can all do more.

Ask Garrett. There were plenty of chances to spread the wealth already. Just because TO is on the field doesn't mean the wealth couldn't have been spread.

I tend to think that we just need to run the ball more. If we use the running game efficiently, the passing lanes will open up. The defense already knows we are a pass first team, so that just makes calling defenses against our receivers easier.

I agree with you on this we need to run more with all three backs then look to pass. I also agree that Garrett has had the oportunity to spread the wealth between him not adjusting to the defense and the line not blocking what could anyone do

I do agree with this. Jones and Choice are sick. however, I still disagree with cutting TO.

Without T.O. lining up, defernses will spread their wealth also to better cover all of our other receivers. T.O. still commanded double -sometimes tripple - teams. That's why it is so mind-boggling to me that Garrett could not design the ofense well enough to exploit that. It was too easy. Without T.O. he'll have an even harder time.

The thing is, bro, that if the Boyz run, run, run, and T.O. does not get his catches, he complains about his role and pouts to the Deion Sanders's of the world.

You can't have a player like T.O. on a run oriented offense...he cause too much drama.

Hell, he got thrown to 19 times in a win over the Skins and then complained about not getting enough touches!

how many of those 19 throws were actually catchable?

if we actually had a run oriented offense, it would open things up for EVERYBODY. I still don't see a problem with a WR wanting the ball more. everybody wants the ball more, that's nothing new.

I don't know, but with a run, run, run offense, he might not even get that many...then what with him? The dude would explode!
