Big win for this team tonight, but they still have a lot of work to do. They still aren't a very smart team and the defense still needs a lot of help.

It'll be good to see the offensive line get some more strength next year. Not sure what the issue is with Tyron Smith though. Starting to get weary of paying these guys big money and watching them decline immediately.

Liked the dedication to the run, it wasn't always there, but when we needed it to be, we got some good gains.

Escobar still looks like he doesn't know what he is doing. Come on man! Another good game by Beasley though, not to mention Jason Witten and James Hanna

Terrence Williams is not a #2 wide receiver. This guy is Houdini, but not in a good Tony Romo way. I saw Dez try to encourage him at the end of the game, but the reality is that this guy is at best at #3 who is just not a consistent catcher, and the benefit of having him run routes doesn't seem to be there right now. He isn't getting open. We need to bring in someone next year who has speed and can push Williams. This offense needs a lot more speed. That's why I liked that we tried to get Dunbar more involved. That should pay dividends if we can get that going.

The defensive line actually played a pretty solid game (still need to upgrade the line next year), but Carr is absolute garbage as he has been all year long. I'm at the point where I don't even know if I want him to take a paycut. Just make him a June 1st cut and be done with it. Bring in a veteran corner like Tillman and draft a corner high.

Linebackers should be a lot better with Lee and Durant back, but DE, CB, and WR are our top needs right now.

I think we try to run on 1st down too much honestly. Philly started run blitzing hard on almost every first down and they were stopping us cold.

The defensive line was alright tonight. It has shown that Crawford is the future at 3 tech here for sure. The DE's were getting some push, I think mostly because Crawford was getting some push and not letting the Sanchize slide up inside.

Carr probably is gone. We need to decide if we're a man or a zone team and get CBs to play that scheme. I think we need another LB, but hopefully later rounds for backup purposes. I think the starters are some mix of McClain, Lee, Durant, hitchens. Of course it takes resigning two of those guys, but neither should be very expensive.

I think Ro will be expensive. Imo all defense this coming draft.

I'm not sure he will be. He's not an established commodity. He's not been healthy this year. He's never been good before this year. I think it depends on what you mean by expensive.

I think we can get some zone cornerbacks later in the draft which is pretty fortunate if we decide to stay with the Tampa 2. Probably can pick some guys up in the 4th and 5th round that fit this scheme perfectly. That allows us to focus more on the pass rush and getting a speedy WR early.

The defense played with more stamina than the first time. They seemed really tired in our first meeting, the eagles ran them in to the ground. I thought our offense was dominant, but the play calling handicapped it a points in the game. You can't just run on every first down. When those guys come up, just make them pay. It's not biochemistry.

Man Twill stinks. Almost wonder if Harris wouldn't be better as a #2?
