looking at the schedule and the remaing games of the two of the three teams in our division ( and only one game out of the lead)...I think we are in good shape. The skins will not be going on some 6 game win streak like last year and the Eagles will be lucky to go 3-3 in their last six games ( four on the road) starting with Indy.

I know its early but this season is getting interesting. Go ROMO!!

Giants have a pretty fluff schedule remaining. They're going to have to seriously fall apart or we're going to have to worry about a wild card.

No they dont.

Giants have one of the toughest schedules in the NFL. That is one of the strongest factors that could help us overtake them in the division.

Nov 5 Houston 1:00pm 143 147
Nov 12 Chicago 8:15pm 147 152
Nov 20 @Jacksonville 8:30pm 125 123
Nov 26 @Tennessee 1:00pm 153
Dec 3 Dallas 1:00pm 130 119
Dec 10 @Carolina 1:00pm 153 153
Dec 17 Philadelphia 1:00pm 130 119
Dec 24 New Orleans 1:00pm 125 125
Dec 30 @Washington

They could easily lose 6 of those games and vise versa...

They will wait till the playoffs to do that. Well, then and December, 12th.

I see the Giants with 6 tough games and us with 5 tough games left and I mean those with winning or even records.

No other criteria than that.

Eagles with 5 tough games left.

It is going to be a dogfight to win the division!

Giants will play both Washington and Philly when they each will have nothing to play for. We're the same way except this week which is a huge trap game.

Please let Washington and Philly demonstrate an ounce of heart and handle the Giants! We need them to lose at least one divisional game besides to us on December 3rd!

One thing about the Giants is that Eli is not playing that well right now, even though they have won 3 straight.

Funny that in their first 5 games his rating was about 97 and they were 3-2.

In his past 3 games he has a rating of about 77 and they are 3-0.

What to make of this?

I consider the highlighted games pretty light games the way each team is playing. Obviously you can't take any team lightly, but the Giants should be pretty heavily favored in those games.

I don't see Jax or New Orleans as games that will be easy wins at all.

Tough, tough games.

New Orleans is a pretender. Jacksonville's wheels are falling off. Fortunately for them, the Eagles are playing absolutely dreadful.

Their defense is still tough and Eli will not have an easy time with them.

Brees will bounce back from yesterday, but I hope they are pretenders by the time we get to them Dec 10th
