Quick Pacman question?

Did anyone hear Manny Aura, whatever his name is the agent for Pacman state that the latest news about the killer has been known by the commish and the police for 9 months?

I guess its news maybe cuz the guy is captured now?

But how could that effect his reinstatement, if he has a plea agreement and picked this guy from a lineup?

Seems to me the killer is on the defense with limited resources and a tough case to prove.

With phone records found by the cops; that the killer called pacman twice and he stated he did not know pacman just showed he is a liar.

The victim was paralized if I am remembering correctly.....therefore, in my mind this is worse then killing the person.....he took his lively hood away.

But the statement that the cops have records of the perp calling Pacman twice goes beyond allegations made by his lawyer, especially since the perp claimed he did not know Pac.

The police have known about the extortion bit for a while. They used that as part of the evidence against the Edwards in the Search Warrant. If Pacman told the police we can only assume that he told Goodell as well.

I really am not sure why the extortion money just not came out. Maybe it is because it was used in part of the Search Warrant and that was made out on 4/21/2008. No doubt that the public knows only a small portion of what the cops know and there are things that the cops know that the public will never know.

He has had the plea agreement in place and has been working with cops since atleast Sept. 17, 2007 according to the Search Warrant. So this is old news to the commish, unless he has had his head in the sand and not even attempted to keep up to date with what is going on in the case.

The current story has more holes in it that swiss cheese. Given the facts in the Search Warrant the current story can't possibily be true. Becides, if this guy is convicted he gets life without the possibilty of parole, as he has two previous arrest for violent crimes, thus three strikes and you are out kicks in.

Yeah, that is one of many lies. Plus the lie about not getting any money when his GF says she got money from Pacman's friend and gave it to him.....

Let me get this straight CC. If someone shot your child you would rather your child die than live paralyzed?

Both are tragic, no doubt. I just have a hard time saying that is worth than murder.

A reminder: None of us are attorneys, DA's or police (though I did play a laywer once in a school play and sometimes study law books printed in Haiti).

Some points of law:

If the victim dies, it is not immediately a "murder." Murder is a technical term. The pre-charge, pre-trial term is homicide.
If the victim survives, well . . . he is lucky!
It's not the perp, or actor or "gentleman". It is gunman. Not alleged gunman, but gunman because the gunman caused the shooting. However, you should not say Joe Blow was the gunman until he or she is convicted. If you call someone a gunman before trial, you can be sued for cash monies. (That is a point of law i learned from 50 Cent.)

You know it's always great when you answer your own question huh?

But i guess i could comment a little more

If we were to make a zone just for "pacman" then we would have to make one, just for Romo, and T.O who have had stories about them unrelated to football posed multiple times in the fan zone.

Or we could just move threads to the "off-topic" zone, which happens to most threads of this type once they have died in the fan zone.

Because this is the off-season and no football is being played, these kinds of threads are allowed, because honestly, i would rather at least see something other than "Felix sucks" "Felix Rocks" "Jenkins sucks" "draft sucks" "pick our record" "X WR Rumor"

But again all of your torment could be alleviated by simply goring anything with the word pacman in it.

It would be much simpler than going through strenuous process of adding another forum, and moving threads and posts, just to satisfy the "bothered" group.

But thats not really the question. A better question in my mind is "Would you rather be shot and paralyzed from the waist down with all that goes along with that. The sexual dysfuntion the poo bag and all that excitement or would you rather just be dead.
