Quick Question...training camp

excuse my ignorance, i forgot, how long does training camp last? if its in 13 days that means it bleeds over into august right? and the season starts in sept if i remember correctly

Basically it lasts until the final cut down day. There is 4 weeks of pre-season games, and 2 weeks prior to the first game.

6 weeks to 7 weeks counting up until the cut downs is a safe guess as to the length.

I think preseason might be six or seven weeks, but I think the time they spend at training camp with two-a-days or whatever is only a couple of weeks. They are supposed to go real hard during that time (whether Wade is a cupcake or not) and I think that only lasts a couple of weeks. They will probably be back practicing in Dallas after the first preseason game or so.

Yes, after the break camp in San Antonio, they return to Valley Ranch to continue. The first few weeks are intended to get away, bond, get focused, get everything installed, concentrate without [or hopefully without] distractions.

Then they return, and can live their lives at home but continue with camp also.
