Jaylon and Vander Esch look very good. I have seriously criticized taking Jaylon that early in the draft. Hope he continues to get better cause he can be a star.

I don't think Garrett is very good, but Bill O'Brien made him look like a savant tonight. The playcalling just about cost Houston the game, but their talent made up for the boneheaded decisions.

The defense played their ***** off. Wasted effort.

DeAndre Hopkins does not get enough publicity. He was friggin amazing.

Deshaun Watson is too cavalier with taking shots. Gotta respect his guts, but he will leave this game fast playing like that.

The Texans are much better at stopping opponent's rushing attack, and it has an immense effect on Dak's performance as this team goes as Zeke goes. Loading the box and playing close to the line of scrimmage is the way to beat this Cowboys team (as long as the other team does not completely suck vs the run, see Detroit).

Dak threw two interceptions and had lots of trouble with ball placement, and could have thrown for at least two more that i saw.

Very good defensive effort, despite getting only 1 sack. Great play by Watson avoiding sacks, and a little help from refs with no holding calls. DBs didn't appear to have a great game, but there were a lot of very good catches that were near impossible to defend. Sans the Hopkins catch whenmit mattered most.

I'm liking our LBs a lot, DEs are fine, but our dts get very little penetration. Why did we ignore the 1tech again in the offseason.

Same offensive effort we've come to expect from this team. Everytime we get a good play its followed up by a penalty or negative play. Receivers can't do anything without a near perfect pass and Dak doesn't show consistent accuracy. One play hes avoiding two dls and makes an amazing play down the field then the next he holds the ball too long, or poorly times the throw.

Zeke looked very banged up today and was visibly a step slower. Wonder if we should have used Rod Smith more?
