Quinn or Moore

Quinn

he's not simplistic and dinosaur set in his ways as we've experienced with the likes of Rod Marinelli.
plus he's creative while being far more fundamental than departed Mike Nolan.

Offensively though I'm not sure, but if QB coach Doug Nussheimer's mind and ability to expand and adjust is anything close to Kellen Moore, i could easily live with that.
i could see McCarthy promoting Nussheimer to OC ,.. if Jones does not allow Moore to take Doug N with him as OC to his new NFL team.

Quinn stays. KM would be no big loss. I think MM would be the better play caller anyway.
Jerry, don't let Quinn get away!

Quinn easily but as another poster above mentioned, I sense there's a good chance both may return next season. From what I heard/read, Moore may need another year, and Quinn's only interested in the right job. In other words, the feelings around the league are Moore isn't ready and Quinn will only leave for the right owner/GM/team. But if the Seahawks open up, look out.....

Sidenote....Heard Carroll say the other day, they only need to retool, NOT rebuild. Sounds like a coach losing support IMO.......just me, but I think it's 60/40 he's fired. The Adam trade has been a disaster and Wilson wants out and/or a new deal with MAJOR changes.

Lose Moore. It's easy to look like a genius when you have the talent Dallas has on offense. He doesn't particularly like to run the ball, which makes this choice EASY.

No Brainer, DEFINITELY keeping Quinn.. This defense is playing at a level no one thought could be remotely possible.

Quinn is a better head coaching prospect but we all know that the league is looking for young cheap offensive coordinator types to go along with young quarterbacks. Kellen will get a job if he wants one and Quinn will finish in second place on lots of teams lists.

i agree with the consensus on keeping Quinn.. and i have doubts that KM would seriously consider moving out of Dallas at this time. Something about his possible handshake agreement with JJ on who takes over after MM. KM has time on his side, the guy is still very young and learning on the job. He should be ripe in a few years. I somehow do not see him leaving. So we keep both for now. Let's just enjoy the ride.

quinn is much more valuable. with the talent on offense it shouldn't take much to make it work.

Kellen Moore... Cowboys fans have spoken...

Good luck with Trevor Lawrence!

You have the choice. You lose one to another team. Which?

And why?

I keep Quinn. He has made a difference on a side of the ball that has been terrible for a long while.
With JJ getting up there in age and his Cowboys finally playing like real contenders, he needs to open that FAT *** wallet and pay both Moore and Quinn enough money to keep them in Dallas for a couple of more years. If this team starts losing coaches then they may start losing games, find a way JJ!
