Quit Rotating the RB's...

I'm all for Felix, but you can't establish a rythm rotating 3. I say we give all the carries to ONE back next week and if he stinks, try the next guy after the bye.

I also think we don't give our backs (any of them) a chance to get into a groove. Rotating them from possession to possession might keep them fresh, but it doesn't allow them to "get a good lather" like Emmitt did. Backs, like all other positions, need to get a feel for the game and the defenders from week to week. We don't allow our backs the chance to do this. What good does keeping all three of our backs healthy and fresh do if we dont' give them the chance to be productive.

By the way, I also think rotating our backs so much also makes it tougher on our olinemen. Our backs are all different so our line doesn't get the chance to block with any consistency to match up to our backs' skills. They can't get into a groove either.

In my opinion, we should attempt giving Jones the load because if the stars align and our o-line creates some kind of a hole, he can score from anywhere. A problem our O seems to be plagued with .

Barber was doing great. So we stopped giving him the ball.

Felix got a few carries, didn't get anything, so of course we quit giving it to him.

Choice's one trick gadget play turned out like it always did.

I truly think Garrett doesn't know how to run the football. Consistently. The biggest problem is everybody knows what each of them is doing when they get in the game. It's predictable. So predictable.

It's like he's trying to give everybody a specific amount of touches to make them happy. Just put one guy in and run him till it doesnt work anymore.

1-10-DAL 20
(7:26) 24-M.Barber up the middle to DAL 27 for 7 yards (55-L.Briggs).

2-3-DAL 27
(6:52) 24-M.Barber up the middle to DAL 34 for 7 yards (54-B.Urlacher).
1-10-DAL 34

(6:16) 24-M.Barber right tackle pushed ob at DAL 42 for 8 yards (35-Z.Bowman).

then we sent Barber to the bench for the next 17 offensive plays.....meanwhile Felix gains 3 yards on 4 carries

Trade one them and give one the majority of the carries. You can't use all three because they feel obligated to give them all touches.

im thinking his plan is to get Wade fired so he can take over...:banghead:

I have heard about running downhill but the Cowboys running game looks like it is running uphill. With all of Felix's speed he sure seems to be tackled in the backfield. I know you want to give your lineman time to engage, but I would like to see him have quicker handoffs where he gets the ball and cuts up the field.

Marion had some decent runs early but I didn't think they were anything special. I thought a hole was there and he didn't do anything extra to gain more yards.
