Roy Williams was suspended for Saturday's game due to this "horse-collar" tackle rule, and perhaps he deserves the penalty because he just can't stop himself apparently!:bang2:
However, I've noticed that OTHER players on OTHER teams are guilty of this, too (I could swear I just saw one during the Bears/Vikings game right before the Vikes scored their 3rd quarter TD).
Why is the NFL making such a big deal of Roy Williams when they don't even drop the flag when it appears OTHERS are committing this penalty?
