Anyone else notice how many times T.O. repeats this phrase when he is speaking?
He relentlessly utters the phrase "like I sed" between every sentence.

as a claims adjuster working in an office full of other adjusters, we used to make fun of each other when we say, "like I said" when on the phone. Sometimes you get tired of repeating yourself. It's LIKE I TOLD YOU THE FIRST TIME...substitute, "like I said"!
