"The Ranch" is a joke

For months I've been pleading with them to help me with certain aspects of my account, only to be stonewalled. Then this morning this spam arrives in my mailbox:

Dear XXXX,

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and head coach Bill Parcells are continuing to build their team this offseason, and TheRanchReport.com has the latest information on one of their newest additions.

Looking for additional help in the defensive backfield, the Dallas Cowboys signed a little-known, but widely-controversial defensive back this weekend.
