R.A.G.E. fired?

Richie Whitt and Greg Williams were apparently fired from 105.3 The Fan yesterday. I looked on line for news on what happened, but couldn't find any.

I'm curious as to the reason. Anyone know?

I think there was a similar situation when he was with the ticket and at the time they would not talk about the reason why he was gone and I think it was because they were not allowed to talk about it at the time.

Of course it could be something completely different and maybe the station wanted to go in another direction.

I was with The Ticket from the start. Greggo was on the straight and narrow the first few years, then he became a jerk. Rude to fans at Ticket functions, not showing up on time...

This guy was making $500,000 per year... that's righteous bucks...

Well, it's pretty bad that they couldn't beat the curmudgeonly old galloway, lol!

I have no opinion on The Hardline. The Ticket's signal is so weak I can't always pick it up while driving. Perhaps if their signal was stronger I'd try to listen.

I don't care for ESPN, or Galloway, so the only time I am on that station is for the Ranger games.

I know you're right but 98-04 hardline was gold. never missed a day. i wonder where greggo will go now.

Try 104.1 FM instead of 1310 AM. Depending on where I am around town 1 works better then the other.

I actually liked RAGE, but mainly because I liked Greggo so much from his Hardline days. Felt kind of sorry for Greggo. As someone mentioned before, the Hardline from 10-15 years ago was awesome.

But like others i really lost interest due to the poor signal on AM. By the time they became availalbe on 104.1, I had already swtiched over to The Fan and ESPN radio.

The crap that The Fan is throwing out there on the RAGE timeslot is horrible. Ben and Skin coming back to the FAN? Can they hang with Hardline and Galloway at that time slot?

I just dont like Elf and Slater together. Elf is good from his Ticket days, and was so much better with Josh Lewin.

I just dont buy Slater's sports knowledge. She's hot though.

Really like the Gbag nation with Gavin Dawson and Chris Arnold.
