Mock 2, post senior bowl, the stock for the players is as accurate and they should be available at that point if the draft was held today, with the exception of Jalil Brown in the early 6th, he would probably be gone in the mid 5th.:

__________________________________________________________________

9th overall pick:
Dallas Cowboys select DT/DE, Cameron Jordan, Cal, 6'4, 285 PDS.;

I'd prefer to trade down and grab Brandon Harris or Prince A. if he keeps falling, but trades are near impossible to predict so ill have us stick here and take the top prospect that makes sense, and if we sign Shaun Rodgers a Ratliff/Rodgers/Jordan d-line is insane for the 3-4.

40th overall pick:
Dallas Cowboys select Stefen Wisniewski, Center/Guard, Penn State;

If he lasts this long, it should be a no brainer. He's a smart football player that could anchor our line for a decade, high floor low ceiling type of guy, he's not going to be a all-pro or a perennial pro bowler, but he'll be a solid guy, better than what we have for a long time.

71st overall pick:
Dallas Cowboys select Deunta Williams, FS, , North Carolina, 6'1, 215 PDs.;

We could probably trade down to the mid/late 3rd and still land Deunta, after his surgery early in the draft process he has fallen down to a late 3rd/early 4th prospect. He can play though, and can hopefully satisfy our need for a FS.

109th overall pick:
Dallas Cowboys select DeMarcus Van Dyke, CB, Miami, 6'1, 170 PDS.;

Very impressive during senior bowl week, some draftniks saying he was the best CB on the field at times. He'll be a project, a year or two in an NFL weight room and we can have another nice pick from the 4th round which has been good to us in recent years. (Doug Free, MB3, hopefully AoA)

140th overall pick:

Dallas Cowboys select DeMarcus Love, OT/G, Arkansas, 6'5, 318 PDs.;

He's fallen a tremendous amount, early in the draft process around September people had him as a 1st round prospect, now he can be had in the late 4th/early 5th. I wanted him when he was a second round pick, and his physical ability has changed he can do it with good coaching. I want him and in the 5th is a potential steal.

171st overall pick:

Dallas Cowboys select Jalil Brown, CB, Colorado, 6'0, 202 PDs ;

The other CB that impressed during the senior bowl, and in the 6th round i'd love to take a flyer on him if we don't sign any free agent CB's.

209th overall pick:

Dallas Cowboys select Roy Helu JR, RB, Nebraska, 6'0, 220 PDs.

Helu JR has a similar style, hes got the physical tools and has been an underperformer considering his impressive physical tools, reminds me of Arian Foster on the field when hes on. Well worth a 7th round pick if we part ways with MBIII.

very good buddy, detailed somewhat explaining why you picked the player, why he fell and how could help cowboys; :star:

Not a big fan of Love but good job.

In the 5th you'd take him i'm sure? Theres no denying his physical gifts.

I think he's a bust so what good is a bust in any round?

Certainly looks like one, but with the right coaching he could be a dominant offensive linemen.

right, look at him like the big OT from oklahoma that went to the vikings, he fell, but played the last 2 years,

with the way he fell, it motivated him to work hard and prove people wrong, that sometimes happens, so good insight

Jalil Brown won't last until the 6 rd

and would not waste a pick on Love esp when he suppose to go in 2 or 3

I just as soon pick

Jah Reid, OT, Central Florida
Richard Lapham, OT, Boston College
Chris Hairston, OT, Clemson

Nice, but as always, I would take Dareus over Jordan with the 9th pick. He can play NT or DE on our line and is pro ready to help us right away.

Has not hit his ceiling yet and just collapses a pocket. Can't run on the guys side while playing DE either. 15 more lbs and he's a great NT for our 3-4.

I have doubts Dareus will fall to #9.

Whats the limit on DeMarcus's a team can have?

If we can find a long snapper or punter named DeMarcus, we could have a DeMarcus on every sides of the ball.

The name's been good to us.

This draft looks even better now, and we may be able to even tradedown a few spots to grab C.Jordan.

Maybe 7-10 slots even..which would give us anohter 2nd or 3rd rounder.

Other than the first pick I like it. Much rather have Amukumara, Quinn, or Tyron Smith.
