Race to the Cup

So who is watching the race to the Stanley Cup? Watching it really makes me miss playing. But I like what the new rules have done for the game for the most part.

They had the one lockout year. And now they have a salary cap, which has leveled the playing field so it is not like baseball, where the small market teams suffer while the big market teams go out and get all the big name players. They also reworked some of the rules to improve the flow and allow for more scoring than before.

I was going for my Flames...they are my Cowboys of the NHL, I love them.

But since they lost to Anaheim I have been going for San Jose I think, seeing San Jose against Buffalo in the final would be very exciting, two very fast teams.
