Not a fan.

I've watched a ton of "film" on him now because I was initially intrigued but ultimately have come away unimpressed.

McMillan is the epitome of the saying "looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane."

I'm disappointed in his complete inability to come off blocks. The way he gets turned and moved by o-linemen is great film if you're teaching linemen run-blocking 101.

I also don't see the physical temperament I like to see in linebackers; you'd think he was DB not an MLB.

was hoping he would ramp up his game but he seems to have fallen flat on his face. he may have dropped from a possible mid 1st round pick to a day 3 player. He showed better block shedding in past season.

Reminds me of Aaron Maybin with his build. The few times I've watched Ohio State, I've kinda thought that about him.
