Raiders/Rams thread

In his first year in Dallas parcells went to the playoffs with Quincy Carter. It's called good coaching. Garrett doesn't have it. You design plays for your qb's skill set. Ergo Garrett is responsible.

Yeah it feels awkward with 3 of them, and Witten rarely saying much. Maybe it is just part of the training process for him.
Witten was a great soldier. But not really a good general. He needs to develop a personality.

How can you hold the coach responsible when he has this QB?

It's easy. Because he has been the one consistent factor.

Cassel, Weeden and now Dak have not fared well because this HC refuses to allow qbs to play to their strengths. Romo bailed JG out and covered a lot of wrongs.

I remember what you're referring to, and multiple posters said the same banners were there when they went to that link.

What a sad little man you are. Look around. Yes, that's your life. I haven't gone to one of those sites in my life. They're for your ilk of human.

And to even attempt that here just shows the complete lack of dignity and integrity you have.

Now back to mommy's basement, little boy.
Ohhhhhhh....! Someone's butthurt.

Relax pumpkin....... we're all guilty...you just happened to make an *** out of yourself. Par for the course.

Speaking of which, I gotta get to bed. Early meeting about that damn hurricane headed to SC. We've got customers there, and we do telecom. This is going to be bad.

Peace, brother.

Later man... yeah one of my coders is in Myrtle.. Have a feeling might be extra workload for me for a bit. Instead of delegating, I will be coding lol.

I mean ... everyone i talked to said raiders were gonna lose big time . This is so even .

Chucky isn't even rusty .

Yeah CTO here, and 1/4 owner... Along with other autopilot software sales, so I know what you mean.
Top managers bring in good assistants and let them do their jobs without micromanaging. Whenever one of my top assistants would come to me with an idea and ask what I thought, I'd always answer what do you think? That way they develop confidence. And if they screw up, you can always fire them.:)

Maybe, they are easying him in. He's not a natural like Romo and he doesn't need to be. I think he will be fine as he gets more experience.

He's just so bland.

Booger McFarland has been really good though.

I do like McFarland. Witten is still learning.

Me, too. I might fly out there tomorrow really quick with my guys. Some of these folks do not have the backup infrastructure to handle this. We try to sell them on the idea of the ability to offload their database to an off-site server location, but so often, they don't opt for it. Going to have to hard-save it, which isn't ideal, but better than what they're looking at otherwise.

So you're saying Garrett is a better coach than Gruden?
IM saying everyone is enamored with a guy that has a .541 win % because he has a SB win. By those Standards, you shold love Barry Switzer.... chucki is amazing

I must admit, I do miss our SB years under Parcells.........
