Wish we woulda signed him just because he's Mr. Cowboy to me. I know it really wouldn't make sense keeping him overall because it's time to move on already but it's gonna be strange seeing him in a different uniform. Good luck to the all time great. Can't wait to see him get put in the ring of honor in a few years.

Is there a record he is trying to break or something? He should have retired before his first retirement notice.

I have the utmost respect for Witten, I wish him well. The guy is a proven Iron man to play as many season through the injuries (1 game missed in his career) is amazing in a sport like football.

thats confusing. He won't be the starter though. They had a 1000 yard TE last year in Darren Waller. Don't get this move.

There's so much Gruden/Raiders moves I don't get.

How does Marinelli replace their successful D-line coach after screwing up here and leaving our defensive line in shambles?

Why is Marcus Mariota their top free agent signing?

Why pay Witten $4 million to cry about snaps and take Waller off the field?

Great player, but hasn't been that in several years. There was a reason he was always open; it's because the defense had 0 fear of him. Unfortunately, his career will always be synonymous with an era of Cowboys failure. He probably deserved better, but you can't completely expunge him of a share of the blame either.
