So they signed Ralston on a 2 year contract, then days later they cut him, only to sign him back to their practice squad? So the 2 year contract they initially signed him for, Ralston gets to keep while it counts against the team available salary cap? Is this correct?

If true, this front office and coaching staff is an embarrassment.
