Rambo IV

Just give it up Sly

Agreed.

I have no clue if it is true but someone told me he was basically black listed or whatever term you would use from most of Hollywood films.

Not sure what he did or if it was true or not but if you think back he has not made any newer movies not tied to his past in some time.

I think the only thing I have seen him in the last few years that had no ties to his past was copland and one of those spy kid movies.

i love stallone. I love rocky

Sly is not blacklisted- do not know how you got that idea. But he has finally figured out that it is a good idea to be very picky about what you do. Rocky Balboa was his pet project for over 2 years- he did nothing else but work on that one. Then he took some time off- and then Rambo. He has got one going as part of the production of "Poe". "Notorious" is also a possiblity- its about the rappers and the way they like to kill each other.

Isn't this the one where he rescues veterans in a VFW hospital?

It's about time for another Rambo!

Who I'll miss is Col. Samuel Trautman

Richard Crenna.

Talk to me Johnny!

"You don't seem to want to accept who you are dealing with. You are dealing with a man who is an expert---with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, to ignore weather. To live off the land and eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In Vietnam, his mission was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill, period. Win by attrition. Well, Rambo was the best."

Rocky - no Mickey

Rambo - no Trautman

:eek::

Crenna was awesome in Hot Shots: Part Deux, btw.

I can honestly say I've never watched even 5 mins of any Rocky or Rambo movie. I'm pretty confident I haven't missed much.

I will admit, the original Rocky is good. The rest stink.

You definitely missed much...If you didn't watch Rocky.

yeah, I did enjoy ROCKY BALBOA, but Rambo was no Rocky.

i wish they had stuck with the original suicide ending of FIRST BLOOD so we would not be here.
