Contrary to popular belief, it's not legal up here, but there is a less intense atmosphere around occasional use. If. however, you are caught with a major grow operation in your basement, life will become a little tougher.

Legal in the state, but illegal in Clark County (where Vegas is located).

Oh, frankly, I don't know ANYTHING about marijuana except it's illegal. Never smoked it, never seen it. I know lots of kids that have, though.
