this is why you don't judge a QB after 1-2 starts.
teams that have young qbs know what they can do, opposing teams need a few games of film to take that away.
all that said, no idea why the Rams are giving up on getting the kid experience.
Poor QB play makes it hard to properly evaluate other positions. In the little bit of Davis I have seen, I have no reason to believe he is an NFL starter. He may one day develop into a starting QB, but the team is better off with a competent QB, so you can properly evaluate the O-line, Tre Mason, Tavon Austin and other young players. I think the Rams definitely go QB early next yea and of course this will lead Sam Bradford to have a career year.

That will hurt worse since he will have to do that with another team. I don't see the Rams keeping him for the last year of his contract. They will save $13 million by cutting him.
We should go after him in the offseason. I think he's got some game, just needs some work. And unlike Weeden, he's only 25
