Rams bench QB Davis

People will still say Fisher is a great coach.

this is why you don't judge a QB after 1-2 starts.
teams that have young qbs know what they can do, opposing teams need a few games of film to take that away.

all that said, no idea why the Rams are giving up on getting the kid experience.

I agree, even struggling they are better off getting him some experience. Inserting Shaun Hill accomplishes nothing. They could even look at bringing Case Keenum off of their practice squad and playing him as a better option than using Hill.

Yeah, this is a mistake. Let the kid work through his struggles, unless he's not progressing at all and they're seeing this in game film.

Poor QB play makes it hard to properly evaluate other positions. In the little bit of Davis I have seen, I have no reason to believe he is an NFL starter. He may one day develop into a starting QB, but the team is better off with a competent QB, so you can properly evaluate the O-line, Tre Mason, Tavon Austin and other young players. I think the Rams definitely go QB early next yea and of course this will lead Sam Bradford to have a career year.

That will hurt worse since he will have to do that with another team. I don't see the Rams keeping him for the last year of his contract. They will save $13 million by cutting him.

Cause Fisher ain't that good.

Yep... Bradford is an ex-Ram.

The Rams will go QB in the 1st round.

Rams just don't have very good skill position players to win at the NFL level. Bradford put up decent numbers last year before he got hurt but they only won like 2 or 3 games at that point.

We should go after him in the offseason. I think he's got some game, just needs some work. And unlike Weeden, he's only 25

Yeah. I thought he showed some promise up til the last couple of games. Though, I don't really pay all that much attention to the Rams.

It's the Rams, dude.
