Can’t argue that it isn’t working. They’ve been doing this for several years now and it’s been working so far.

It’s an interesting way to allocate draft capital.

So they have no picks in the first 3 rounds of next year draft unless they get a comp pick. I hope this strategy back fires on them since that means we will make it to the SB hopefully, instead of them.

Personally I think it’s insane to trade away draft picks constantly for veterans . Carolina with Matt Rhule has taken this philosophy to trade picks for guys like Sam Darnold and CJ Henderson and it’s gotten them nowhere. And now Cam Newton’s back ? Good luck .

As far as the Rams go the Broncos were smart. Get multiple draft picks from LA for a 32 yard LB who’s going to be gone when Denver cashes in its draft chips for future help .
