Rams/Saint Practices will give us a better idea how camp is going!

Nice to hear good reports about several players at the start of camp, but we really won't know too much until they actually start competing against other teams. Last season we heard positive reports coming out of camp, but really struggled against the Rams practice sessions. This perhaps was a foreshadowing of what was to come last season. I need to hear the team having success this time around.

We have heard about players having great camps in the past and really struggle once the lights came on. Elam for example was the camp darling last season and he didn't even finish out the season with the team due to poor performance that led to his release. Carson was that guy a few seasons ago.

Good news is that the Rams will not have Verse this go around. Although, I'm not sure if Myles Garrett will be on the field or not.

I am not trying to be unfair. I believe they were going against what was supposed to be better players and there were in game comments about that, at least as I recall. Even after we got to bottom of roster, seemed like their players were much more on point.

It will show some things especially with our offensive line. I remember Broaddus a few years ago marveled at how Verse was killing Gutyton in practice.
